    I've been here almost 2 months, my experience been beyond my expectations, I appreciate Nathalie in admissions that went above and beyond with customer service when I was having a tough time in the begining. When I have my joint replacement both knees I will definitely come back here to Stratford manor. I loved it even considered staying for long term care . Bryant Condale I was in Rm 1p.

    Thank you for your excellent care and your encouragement throughout my stay. Your physical therapist strengthen me and boost my confidence to help me walk. The nursing staff are kind and compassionate and listen to what I had to say. The cleanliness is excellent. I would recommend Stratford Manor for anyone who needs care and Senior citizens.

    My stay at Stratford Manor has been excellent. The staff has giving me great care. Any of my needs were met "asap"" . The therapy staff was great in helping me . The nursing staff is great also, this includes your CNA's. Everything was good, no problems at all. I would recommend anyone to stay here for both comfort and health care support.

    The nurses where very attentive to my moms needs. However the CNA's leave a lit to be desired. Complete incompetence. You have to right your name and room number on all clothing. Every week my mother's clothing is missing. Discharge day. I arrive to take my mother home. Guess what? No clothes. For the laundry and the CNA who takes care of the clothes. I give them a failing grade. F F F.
