ZERO STARS! Once upon a time they were a good facility, but I wouldn't send anyone there, they are committing insurance fraud! My son was in HORRIBLE condition, they did nothing at all except charge medicaid for the bed, that's it! He has liver failure, they didn't have him on a hepatic diet nor the proper meds, and when they released him he couldn't walk and had his legs wrapped with ace bandages, there had been no therapy, they said they did but they didn't. Within 3 days under MY care his legs were down and he could walk again. This place is a racket, bring people in to fill the beds for a couple of days and release them so they can get away without giving real care. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with the Nevada State Medical Board

I'm a patient here I'm not quite satisfied with the service to understaffed one CNA and they have over 20 patients if they have to do that's too much work for one person so that means somebody's going without good care that's somebody that's it it in feces or urine they need to hire more employees it's a few bad apples that really make this place disgusting if you're here to do a job do your job don't complain about giving somebody a bath wiping them up if that's your job do that don't make that patient feel bad because you miserable getting another career maybe this is not the career for you but don't make the patient feel bad and some people in here make me feel bad while I'm staying here so if you have a choice I wouldn't recommend coming back here

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
