    The staff have a very difficult job! I've found that the nicer I am to them the nicer they are to my mom! I also know that my mother appreciates their help and care- likewise, it is easier for the staff to appreciate her!

    If your ever thinking of working here, run away. They do not pay a livable wage. Nurses sit on there butts all day and do nothimg while the CNA's do all the work. Management it horrible and doesent care about the residents nor the workers. Many people have gone up to management to talk about the wage and are cut off and are told "if you dont like it then leave". So all in all a terrible place to work and management only cares if their own wallet is filled.

    My mom is a resident there who needs 24 hour care AND she gets its there! THE staff is very nice and know what they are doing when it comes to dealing with patients who are wheelchair bound and have Alzheimer's disease!

    If you think this looks like a nice place from the lobby. Go up to the hallway along the patients' rooms and smell the place. They don't hire enough enough people to even provide the basic service of cleaning up patients after they soil themselves. It's not the employees fault, most are terrific, they are just overworked.
