Horrid. Deserves less than one star! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. My father was just sent to the hospital after having a fever for more than 3 days. Nobody seemed worried of the fact. I had to BEG nurses to come check his temperature and give him Tylenol. Disregard the fact that they are COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED and that almost 99.9% of their staff are RUDE AND DISREPECTFUL. Their medical practices are AWFUL. My father is DEHYDRATED, a blood sugar OVER 400, and an INFECTION due to NEGLECT! There are not NEARLY as many CNAs needed to efficiently change all patients. COUNTLESS TIMES I WAS TOLD TO WAIT MY TURN. NURSES DON'T TELL YOU ANYTHING IN REGARDS TO THEIR VITALS NOR TRY TO KEEP YOU UPDATED. They mearly complain "I cannot work around you(family), you need to give me privacy!" Sorry MS.TAYLOR 3RD FLOOR. BUT IF YOU CANNOT DO YOUR JOB WELL ENOUGH IN FRONT OF THE FAMILY THEN YOU CANNOT DO YOUR JOB AT ALL!!! SHAME ON THIS FACILITY FOR EVEN ATTEMPTING TO THINK THAT THEY CAN TAKE CARE OF RESIDENTS. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO DIE.

This is the worst nursing home. The place looks like something out of a Stephen King movie. It is old and run down. There are huge roaches and needless to say it is not clean. They are not attentive and if the patients do not have family that is paying attention they will be in trouble. My grandfather was placed there and has been battling infection after infection, One infection was so bad that there was literally acid seeping out of his stomach through a HOLE. WTF how did the people who are responsible for cleaning and caring for him not see this. Now he is back in the hospital after being forced to call the ambulance for him. 104 temp, dehydrated and puss oozing out of his feeding tube. AGAIN how was this unnoticed by the people who are supposed to be cleaning and caring for him???????????????? I am praying he can be placed somewhere else instead of going back to this death sentence.

Not sure how to discribe this place..... dirty smelly.....I visited my friend there and feel it needs to have a quality air specialist there. The air is thick when I visit maybe once every 2 months or maybe 6 weeks I don't look forward to coming back. Everyone sleeps with their mouths opened. Thr air cerculation is very poor. How do you keep healthy people from becoming sick. Too many people in this place, very little workers. Although my friend is showing great progress in is functions over the 8 months that he is,there so far, it is just not a clean place to be.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
