The best care I ever received after I needed short term rehab after fracturing my ribs and needed 6 months here. All I can say is the staff is very professional and caring and take excellent care of their patients . Take it from me I'm a physician. If you or your family need rehab or a nursing home this is the best in NYC. The food is excellent. The faculty is modern and clean and it was great to be able to look out the window and see the Atlantic Ocean

the facility is nice, but the care can be way better. Unresponsive social workers, DR and nurses. Patients are sitting and waiting for 20-45 minutes to get their diapers changed. They are short staffed and the administration does nothing about it. how can you cave 2 aids watching 20 people ? The food is better then on the plane but just a little better. Asking for someone to call you back is useless, you are better off waiting for the Mosiah to come. It is a shame, 3 years ago this was an amazing facility and now it's just a cash cow.

If there was something lower then one star that is what they deserve. My grandmother died of asphyxiation on their watch on the fourth day of the month. Instead of them waiving the monthly fee or prorating the bill they charged my dad the entire month bill. I have NEVER in my life dealt with inconsiderate, horrible people such as the staff that work there. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there!

Great place caring staff made me feel like they were my family. Excellent care after I fractured my ribs. The food was excellent. The only rehab center and nursing home I would recommend in New York. I'm a physician I know what great care is.
