My father-in-law has been there for several weeks now. The quality of care seems to be spot on. I've only heard/seen one instance of him having an issue and it was resolved without hesitation. The physical therapists there are fantastic. They are very patient with him and his needs. The room he stays in is quant. You are allowed to decorate it and bring whatever you want to make it a little more like home.

Was a dietary aide. Hope who ever does decided to work to be one DOESNT. Doesn't treat employees fairly and very rude to their patients.

Terrible Place. Super nasty people. Don't ever work or send your loved ones here.

Issues with my Aunt's medication. Hopefully now that person responsible is no longer there she can get the care she needs.

Worked there and witnessed aweful conditions. The nurses are overworked, and understaffed. Seen residents sitting in own feces and urin soaked clothing. Also, kitchen staff will pick at food off plates prepared for residents.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
