    This facility needs more QUALIFIED staff for the patients. I have noticed some of the aids are rough with the patients when trying to hurry them up to go to the bathroom. This is my reasoning for needing more staff. There are, however, some wonderful staff members who are kind and compassionate with older residents.

    I was genuinely surprised to see this facilityvreceived 3 stars, until I noticed there had only been 2 reviews. I would strongly encourage others with loved ones at this facility to chime in, as I'm certain I am not the only one concerned by the overall very poor care patients receive. Most of the issues fall squarely on the shoulders of the owners, who obviously short change the needs here, as evidenced by the staff shortage. Others should know that regardless what you think you're paying for, if you aren't present to advocate, your loved one will likely be denied basic services. The owners should spend some time here as a patient, so they can see first hand the results of their fiscal actions
