    This place is the worst! I am currently working on shutting it down! They are abusive, negligent, and provide horrible care! Do NOT take your loved one here! If your loved one is already there, start popping in regularly and asking your loved one pointed questions. You will find that they are very abusive, think that the patient is good for nothing, and you will find if you start asking the staff questions and calling them out on their negligent behaviors that the staff will actually respond in an aggressive manor, and tell you to "leave if you don't like it!" They have actually admitted that they "can't provide better care!" Which is totally absurd and wrong! When you are taking care of the elderly, you need to be compassionate, kind, gentle and understating. Also know, the staff will be very defensive and act very narcissistic when responding to your concerns! This place would have been shut down already in Rochester NY! In addition, upon talking to other patients and their families, I have discovered that they have been leaving a patient in the same clothes for 4 days straight with no bath! It's completely and udderly disrespectful, wrong and inhumanitarian to treat other human beings with such disregard, lack of care and disrespect! So so sad! How could you ever stand by and watch someone wallow in their soiled clothes for 4 straight days! I am beginning to think they are beyond narcissistic and are sociopathic in order for them to be caring this little about human life! So sad! Do NOT take your loved one here! And if yours is already there, take a close look! Also, one staff ha admitted, they only do vital signs once a month. She was very abrasive and rude, because we asked how often they take vitals. My question is, if you only take vitals once a month, how do you identify Illness? Then upon further investigation, the manual for the home states that every Tueday evening, they are supposed to take vital signs! The staff doesn't even know their own regulations!
