This place is an absolute joke. The residents are wonderful people ? I helped alot even though I was in the kitchen. I've had a few management jobs, this place under pays and the management is awful. Chris the head person is a royal cunt as well as how and Pam all three can rot. I busted my ass for that place had to have appendix surgery upon hire mentioned it they said it was no problem until the time came. I held off for a year mind you. Then called off to go into the e.r. vomiting and got a doctor's note for my absence after 3 rivers was informed. And I got terminated. Health department was called for black mold. This place is the worst those poor reaidents ppl treat them like shit. I hope the place burns and Chris after I had it out with her can go suck a fat one. I love my new job now make alot more less stress and beyond awesome management ? fuck you three Rivers burn please!! ?? Can't wait for the day that place becomes abandoned, the residents will be in better care and the rest will be without jobs can't wait!!

People in the position of scheduling are very disrespectful when talking on the phone. In all the dealings I have dealt with so far this place needs a true over haul from the higher ups all the way down to the little guy before it goes under.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
