    I was fortunate to be a patient at the Osborn for my inpatient rehab for bilateral knee replacements. My entire experience was very positive from the professional and very caring staff and the very comfortable setting. All of my encounters with all the staff was a pleasure. With their support and encouragement I believe I was able to shorten my recovery period and return home with confidence.When given the opportunity I willingly recommend the Osborn to family, friends and fellow physical therapy patients.

    The Osborn is bad. A family member of mine works there and they complain so much about work. They are always tired after work. The Osborn so understaffed too! Every time my family member is off from work, they always call and ask them to work. As I am writing this she told me they called asking her to work from afternoon to midnight. I am fed up with The Osborne.

    My Mom has been at the Osborn for over ten years. Over the years, she experienced three levels of care, Independent living, Assisted living, and Memory care. Each level was wonderful and appropriate for my Mom's physical and mental conditions. The staff is very caring and proactive. My Mom has certainly benefited from the broad range of living options provided by the Osborn. I am so happy my Mom agreed to move to the Osborn. The Osborn has not only helped my mom but her family as well. Knowing my Mom is in a well run facility that is genuinely concerned about her is a great benefit to me and the rest of the family.
