    My Father was a Resident at the James Square for several months. We were treated with compassion and dignity. The staff was very inviting and met our concerns when they arose. Rehab Dept was amazing, and we highly recommend the services they provide.

    The nurses here are non attentive, dont pay attention to patients. my grandmothers been here for about a year now, one of the nurses has been her nurse almost the entire time, today after over one year she comes into the room questioning who i was why i was their, and said she has never seen anyone visiting my grandmother when i visit atleast once a week. she thought i was making my grandmother upset and making her cry. my grandmother was crying her eyes about the care and service she receives. i will be moving my grandmother to a better facility. especially since they where just raided by law enforcement

    These Residents deserve better treatment; neglectful gossiping CNA nurses too concerned about their personal lives to cater to the needs of their patients. I've been blessed to have the opportunity to work with those same beautiful patients alongside several good people. I left with mixed emotions. GOOD residents, BAD experience!
