    Horrible, horrible, horrible place to work!!! The only good thing about working at Loretto is if you can get a premium pay shift other than that there is not one good, enjoyable thing about working for Loretto. They load you with too much work, the LPN is pretty much responsible for everything. Many corners are being cut because the workload is impossible to meet in one shift. Meds are never available since most nurses are lazy and don't order them. Management is of no help. They are so lazy they will tell you to go to other floors looking for medications in need! It's crazy and also insurance fraud since it's stealing someone's medication. I have witnessed residents being manhandled, talked to poorly (things I would never want anyone saying to my mother), yelled at in their face, and being ignored if they needed to use the bathroom because apparently that can only happen once per shift. I am reporting them to the state. Call bells will go unanswered for hours!!! Not minutes, hours!!! Staff will all sit in the break room while call lights are just ringing up the place and no one cares to check if it could be an emergency. Even human resources is a joke and is of no help.The most the union does for you is take dues out of your paycheck. They call it ghetto loretto for a reason. Please take my advice and do not work here and dot send your loved ones here.All the good nurses there are starting to leave for a reason.
