    DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE!!!!!! This place is TERRIBLE!!!! My great aunt got put in here by extended family and we could not get here out of there fast enough. The care is terrible, the facility smells like dirty depends the minute you walk through the door, most of the staff is unfriendly, and they make it seem like you are bothering them when you ask for help. My great aunt had gone to the bathroom in her depends and pushed her call button to have an aide come help her. They came in right away and turned off her call button and said they'd be right back to help her. 2 HOURS LATER, no one had come back. I went in the hall to find someone, and there were three aides standing out there, talking about what they were doing that weekend. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. On top of that, my aunt told me that when they changed her, most of the time they did not wipe her!!!! That is the most basic, common sense part of taking care of someone with diapers, and they couldn't even do that!! Also, they were supposed to bathe her twice a week, and she was LUCKY if she got a bed bath once a week. My aunt is very soft spoken and would never be impolite or complain but I was enraged. We got here out of there ASAP. We live out of state and had to fly up, and got her out of that place as soon as we could. If you care at all for your loved one, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. She is now at Aldercare just down the road and it is AMAZING!

    The staff are not trained. The staff also call off every weekend. There are Never Enough nurses or Aids. You only get a shower twice a week, and that's if you beg them to help you. Medication errors. They do not sweep and mop your floor regularly even though the nurses and aides still medication and your floor is sticky. I've been in worse but this one's pretty bad.

    My Dad was here for rehab for a week. It was much better than the nursing home we had him in Columbus. The buildings are old, but the staff actually cares about the patients. My Dad could get help for his basic needs. The residents seemed happy. They actually did what we asked them to do for his medical care, like labs, meds, wound changes, which was definitely not what happened in the other place!
