    For the population it serves [largely low income and suffering from mental health problems] I think they do a good job. The nursing staff always seems kind and attentive to the residents. RN Natalie is phenomenal, as is Tracy, the receptionist during the day. Also, Margaret, RN Manager--super helpful! But yes the residents can smoke in the day room!

    Older facility with the drawbacks that come with that. Very close to downtown but lacks any type of decent outside grounds.

    Ancient facility! Smelled bad!! It is a smoking facility and it smelled of cigarettes! We were told it was a 4 star facility when my mother in law was discharged and released to go to a nursing home. We were there about 40 minutes and took her out of there and back home. My daughter asked my wife "why do you stink like cigarettes?" The staff was nice but wow what a dive!

    This is the worst facility in Canton Ohio it honestly does not deserve 1 star, they smoke inside the building in the cafeteria, the staff is very rude an unhelpful there was 1 helpful staff member on the first floor a nurse Natalie. They referred our family to hospice said for the COPD and here he had pnamonia i both lungs and other Dr's do not feel he needs hospice.
