    I currently have a loved one who's living in a nursing home that's too far, untrustworthy, and ignore/unwilling to listen to issues and concerns. My love one ended up at the current facility due to emergency reasons and pushy family members. Now that all has settled, I quickly searched for a nursing home that's closer to my family, trustworthy, attentively listens to issues/concerns, and also can provide my love one with the specialized care needed. I recently toured Cityview and was impressed with what I saw. I always passed this place and heard horror stories about it, but I recently found out that Cityview is under new management and the new owners have implemented new policies and procedures to improve the environment for residents and staff; which will in turn, improve Cityview's reputation for the better. After my tour of the facility and meeting the friendly staff and residents, I felt confident that Cityview is the right fit for my loved one's needs and my family's needs. My honest assessment of Cityview is based on what I observed during my tour in the common/public areas, the rapport that was established with the staff that assisted me through this process (including the doctor, a plus), and I was able to see empty resident living spaces. As of now, Cityview appears to have done a great job so far to rebuild their reputation for the better. Keep it up. Please don't disappoint. My critical senses are always opened.
