My sister has been a full time resident at Heartland of Greenville for almost a full year. The care facility is always clean and is decorated nicely at all times. The staff is competent, caring and always willing to assist in any way. The staff makes sure the residents have lots of activities and fun events, and they decorate for and celebrate all holidays, with family participation highly encouraged! My sister not only feels safe and at home in Heartland of Greenville, she feels like part of a big, wonderful family! We, as her family, have the assurance that she is safe and being cared for around the clock. I would recommend Heartland of Greenville to anyone who has a need for full time care.

In my opinion Heartland wouldn't get any stars but it wouldn't let me write a review otherwise. Very bad experience! Incompetent employees & careless with the patients! A few of the employees were within hear shot of patients family inwhich they were bad mouthing the family of the patient as well as the patient. Piss poor excuse for a nursing home. Wouldn't recommend Heartland nursing home to my worst enemy!!!

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Heartland Of Greenville has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.
