    I had an interview there a month ago. So when Joy dialed my number and I returned her call, she thought it was comical that I thought I had the job.... Like why what would you have even called a month later? So not funny, rude actually. The person who actually gave me the interview is more professional.

    Recently Ohio nursing homes were rated and this one came in above average in Ohio with many throughout the state falling below average. My mother is a patient in this nursing home and I have visited her here. The staff is very loving towards her but some of the other patients have issues that are acted out in the public areas of the home like the cafeteria so it becomes difficult to have a private visit with Mom without being intruded upon. Also, Durable Medical Equipment like walkers and wheelchairs may not be optimized for the patients. My mothers wheelchair was not appropriate for her small size and weight and she was falling out of it and a belt was used to strap her in. Due to the maladajustment of the wheelchair, her diaphragm was crushed and restricted her breathing, making her short of breath. I complained and a nurse immediately came and shortly a doctor came. I questioned the doctor and found out that there is not a professional durable medical equipment technician or company that services the DME at this nursing home. I was told that the wheelchairs were maintained by the janitor. Sooo, the same guy who mops the floor adjusts the wheelchairs. Well, this is not optimal as Durable Medical Equipment can be a highly technical craft whereby trained professionals should be doing this kind of thing.
