They're the best who ever thinks differently is very idiotic and needs to open there eyes. It has well controlled workers that do their best everyday. They're very clean and the workers there love everyone. They're just like family

I wouldn't take my dog to this place. If I haven't called an ambulance to get my mother out of here she probably would have died that night.. Do not let the B's rating of 5 star on the door fool you! They lie to the families and have horrible attitudes. The woman who runs this place was so upset when I expressed how I felt about it I thought we would have to call an ambulance for her!

Very terrible terrible place to leave your loved ones. The nurse that cared for my grandmother the day she was not acting her normal self, which the aid reported to her said just get her out of bed and put her in her chair. The aid followed her orders instead of the lazy nurse getting out of her chair to go check on her. The nurse also told my family when started asking questions that my grandmother was fine she ate breakfast took her meds, all lies!!! The meds were still on her nightstand and the aid once again reported that no she didnt eat her breakfast. When choosing a home for you loved ones you put trust into the people who took that job knowing what they would be doing everyday. The nurse still sits her ass in that chair doing nothing for the patients there. Please keep sharing so hopefully she can be disaplined for her actions!! We have to be the voice for the loved ones that cant tell us anymore!! This place needs serious help!! If you want to keep your loved ones DONT SEND THEM HERE!!!

Social worker was very rude to my sister by telling her she wasn't leaving and all her thing's were gone and also her apt. She didn't say I'm sorry to tell you this and she wasn't nice. I was there and heard it all. My sister got very very upset. She ended up in hospital. Some people are heartless.

I did not like the care I saw patients getting in the hospice side.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
