    My father was in the rehab unit for 6 weeks. The staff were caring and friendly and would go out of their way to meet patient needs. Aids were very busy but always accommodating. Nursing staff gave listening ear to family concerns as well as the patients. Overall much caring and empathy. Could hire a few more for nursing staff as they were very busy and tied up w "other patients" at times. A sign of the times... keeping good staff. The food was between head chefs and understand it is really good now. Physical therapy and occupational therapy were excellent getting patients ready for discharge with very friendly attitudes. The plus at St Clare is the spiritual needs that are met by a kind , caring spirituality team in the Franciscan sisters. Activities were offered on a regular basis that kept smiles on faces. Very clean, quiet surroundings that offered needed time for healing.

    Beautiful facility with excellent food, according to my father. However, he has fallen several times and staff seem to not notice or care. We had to ask them to bring him a walker. His fingernails are soooo long and no one cuts them or helps him shower. He watches TV all day. Nursing director never returns our calls. Social worker lost his Medicaid paperwork and we had to resubmit after she sent all the materials to the wrong county. Staff are hard to locate. It's been a subpar experience and I do not recommend this place.

    This is a top notch place, very very clean, some of the staff do seem to be grumpy, but dont let a few bad apples sway you from coming here, large very beautiful facility, the grounds are well kept, and I do believe this facility has a Starbucks inside as well, it is very much at the top of the list.

    As a visitor, the facility was very clean, neat, attended well by the employees. We used a lovely main gathering room/dining area to have a birthday family dinner for our Mom. I've observed good meals / choices for the patients.

    Beautiful facility with marginal care. Our Mother gained 70 pounds in the first year in the memory unit. She was frequently not bathed and we were told by the staff that "she didn't want to take a shower" and they accepted that. The residents receive virtually no stimulation and watch television hours on end.
