    My mother spent a couple months here last year after a lengthy hospital stay left her too weak to walk on her own. Her time here was a success. The staff were nice and friendly 99% of the time, the food was always fresh and the facility seemed fairly clean. Serious health issues bring a large amount of stress on a family and any imperfection or if something goes worse and the whole experience can be horrible. This was my mother's 2nd rehab facility, the first failed and she got very ill and was back in the hospital. In comparison to the first place Pickerington Rehab was heaven. It was like the staff gave a flying flip. I would not hesitate to send myself or somebody I care about back to this place. They have several cute nurses and rehab specialists there too which always makes things nicer.

    I was an actual employee at this awful facility. They treat residents like crap, they talk and cuss at them. I hear residents screaming for HELP or to go to the bathroom only to be ignored. I have sent complaints to Eric and the corporate office and nothing has been done. The employees are nasty, who don't wash their hands and start trouble among each other. The staff and administration does not take this job seriously at all. They smoke and gossip about the residents, race and sexuality. Just so disgusting and to know I have reported and nothing still has been done. Nothing is confidential here, everyone knows everything. BEWARE, your loved one WILL get mistreated! This hell hole needs shut done ASAP!!!!!

    I stayed here after knee replacement. The worst place ever! Dirty, food that even the people working there would not eat, no rehabilitation program and when it came time to leave, I had to stay an extra weekend because nobody was available to do the paperwork required.
