I was told by someone in the community that this was the top rated nursing facility in Solon. Boy was she right! They give tremendous care and really care about their residents as people. They keep family in the loop for anything that may come!

The staff were exceptional. My mother was very difficult and they were able to make her feel welcome and had terrific attention to detial

My mother was a resident there and the staff is unprofessional and lazy!! They have a high turnover because the DON and Nursing staff keep leaving! The residents smell like pee the floors are never mopped in the rooms and they steal the residents clothes and soap. BEWARE if your family has wounds because they will not change the dressings or keep them clean***

My mom hates this place and I see why. The aides and nurses hang out at desk. If patient light goes on they cut it off and continue talking. Does not smell clean most days. Food I wouldn't eat. Looks horrible. I never saw a place where people don't want to help patients.

Scott Merrell who posted about the great staff is in charge of admissions. Complete misdirection!

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
