    Sadly zero stars is not an option. Subpar care at best, do your research and talk to patients and their families before you use this facility and I'm sure you will choose another.

    I honestly wish I could give it no stars. I hated this place from the beginning of my grandpa's stay there, to the present. He was so miserable, and they CLEARLY did not care AT ALL. They never checked his pockets, so when he forgot his phone in his pocket, it was ruined. If you're doing laundry you should check the pockets, just like you would do if it were your own. Most of these people are old and forgetful, so they might forget to take something out of their pockets. They weren't so nice to him when he wanted to go to the bathroom or get into his chair. Some of the nurses were quite rude to him. They only gave them a shower twice a week, granted there are a lot of people in the home, but maybe three times a week would be more sanitary for the people inside the home. Since my grandpa is not doing well and is soon getting hospice, they have done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to make him comfortable. They don't make sure he was fed, they don't make sure he is comfortable, and they certainly don't make sure that he is okay. They neglect my grandpa. It is their job to make sure my grandpa is alright, and comfortable. After going into the admissions office near the front, a madame told us that they would make sure he was comfortable until hospice was there. Funny she says that, because I've seen nothing but neglect. This place is awful, keep your loved ones away from this place. Genesis HealthCare is an awful company, everyone is just a number to them.
