One of the most memorable moments with my grandpa was when he was at Versailles..we enjoyed lunch and great conversation in the dining room. Something I noticed about the people there was their kindness to him and treating him like he was their own grandpa. Something so small that I noticed but definitely made his time there memorable.

I am so thankful to be back. I feel very blessed to be apart of this work family again. I've know some of you for 20+ years. I have so much respect for all of you. ??

Over the years, I have visited Versailles on many of occasions. There is always an atmosphere of helpfulness and compassion. Full of good-hearted people! Thank you for taking great care of my grandparents !!

Love spending time at Versailles Rehab and HealthCare Center visiting residents, attending events and helping with activities. Everyone there is so nice. One of my favorite things to do there is Christmas caroling for the residents!

We stopped while we were in the area to see a friend. When we walked in, we found an electronic sign-in even though there was no one there to greet us. After signing in, a nice lady did ask us who we were looking for and immediately knew which room he was in. We had a nice visit and no one questioned why we were there. Great place!!

Overall Ratings of Ohio Nursing Homes

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Versailles Health Care Center has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.
