Over the years as a local pastor I have had many occasions to visit patience at Versailles Health care. I have always appreciated the atmosphere and friendly Staff who are always helpful. I have never heard any complaints from the patients. My visits are welcomed and rewarding.

The Staff here are really great. Super friendly, know their residents on an individual basis, and truly treat each and every person like family!

So happy to be back with Versailles and new family owned company...both of my parents received care and rehab at Versailles and every resident/patient is considered a beloved family member!

This has to be a trashy facility to let someone like Donald Hopkins stay there he is nothing but a dirty old man who likes to milk the system for everything he can

It's absolutely disgusting that this place would allow such rude and awful patients such as the infamous Poppa Grizz56 to openly harass both staff and patients alike. After visiting my mother in law a large group of dirty individuals who looked as though they hadn't bathed pushed their way out of a room shoving aside myself and my young 10 year old son. After a brief altercation with the group the man in the room shouted an offensive slur and laughed before shouting "subscribe to Poppa Grizz 56". I searched the name and sure enough it was the same individual and his family. I'm posting this to bring awareness to this man and his unruly behavior.

Fines, Complaints, and Inspection Problems in the Past 3 Years

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
Versailles Health Care Center has not received any fines, complaints, or inspection problems in the last 3 years.
