    My mother has been going here for years for respite and she likes it so we like . She calls it going on vacation.

    Horrible staff. Horrible management too. When you complain about problems they don't fix things such as their staff being lazy and neglecting. Then when you get upset and angry over 6 months and there's no improvement "oh you're not supposed to disrespect their staff" even though they surely disrespect the residents and sit around and gossip and make the residents wait.

    Do not place anyone there! We had the worst experiences. My Dad was sent there from the hospital. Upon arrival from the hospital, no one even welcomed us or let us know the procedures. I got locked in a hallway because no one told me the code. Pressed the call button and no one came. The man next door had his TV blaring and we were told they would give him headphones, which never materialized. We changed rooms 3 times, all next to LOUD TV's, no kind of curfew on the noise so some left them on all night. A doctor came in and didn't even read his chart and she thought my Dad took Lasix and Xanax regularly (these he had on his record as emergency use only). The only positives were most of the male aides. Rest were inattentive. We changed facilities as soon as we could! I did not feel he was safe here and spent the night. I was told a recliner would be brought in but it never was so I slept on a pile of Depends! Choose elsewhere.
