This place is covering up for a older male CNA that is raping unconscious men. All they did was fire the people that reported it and kept the male employed because of his extensive work history there. Do not take your family here ever! The director of the facility is the one responsible.

My mother spent 3 months there after breaking her leg. I found the staff to be exceedingly caring, going above and beyond duty many times. They addressed any concern or needs promptly. She got excellent physical therapy. The place is modern and feels clean and there is no smell as with some similar places. Mom had been at another Rehab center previous to this one. It was the creme de la creme....but her PT was lack luster and they told her she could go home after one month to live alone. I was worried that she needed to stay longer. Mom fell 3 days after they released her, just as I had predicted. I would never send my mom back to the other place even though it was luxurious.I am very thankful there is a place like Edmond Rehab for mom that truly cares about the patient. We have come to know the staff, the director and even maintenance man. All are so nice, helpful and friendly.

I stayed here after a total knee replacement. The accomodations were fine and adjusted to the patient's needs. The staff was always very helpful and positive. The rehab therapists were beyond excellent. I can't say enough good things about the first rate therapy I received there. Management was accessible and very responsive to questions or concerns from patients or patient families. The atmosphere was pleasant and very conducive to health and healing. I plan to return when I have my next knee replaced later this year.

Compare The Number of Problems

Types of Problems at Nursing Homes

Some issues within a nursing home are much more severe than others. Medicare evaluates each problem based on 2 scales: the number of residents affected by a problem and the severity of the potential or actual harm to residents based on the problem. We have color coded the matrix below to make it easier to pick out the more severe problems. In general, orange and red issues related to the treatment of a resident are considered substandard quality of care.

  Residents Affected
Severity of the Deficiency Few Some Many
Immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety J K L
Actual harm that is not immediate jeopardy G H I
No actual harm with potential for more than minimal harm that is not immediate jeopardy D E F
No actual harm with potential for minimal harm A B C
