    Great people !! They make it feel like home

    there is never enough staff and they are always making excuses. Some of the staff that they do have are terrible caregivers. They do not answer call lights and leave people wet. When call lights are being bothersome, it would appear that they simply forget to give the resident back the call light. There are patients constantly screaming for help because no one goes in and checks on them.They have no management supervision on the weekends and work even shorter staffed then during the week. It would seem that the director of nursing and the administrator don't really care about the welfare of the ones who are paying their salaries. It would seem that everyone who works there has forgotten if it was not for the residents, they would not have jobs. If you go to tour this facility, please think of the welfare of the loved one you are putting there, don't just look at how nice the building is. And make sure that you tour the entire facility, not just their "skilled unit". You will see a whole different side.
