    I have had friends with family members in this facility and the care has always been outstanding. The staff is compassionate and very helpful. I would definitely recommend McMahon Tomlinson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center for your family member's care.

    As a former employee at McMahon Nursing center. I feel the need to express publicly the distain I have for this facility. Paitent care is not consistent, most of the administration staff is only concerned with covering them selfves in situations ensuring their positions at any cost. All nursing staff complains and grumbles about the DON but to keep their Job they project and artifical kindness and obedience to ensure their paycheck. False hope is given to many families. The staff are unable to meet expectation in providing the care promised in marketing and brochers. You walk into the job not knowing if you will clock out with a job. The Administration leaders characterize and judge employees based on situation and circumstances rather than hearing them out and understanding how to make the work environment better for everyone rather they focus on the negative aspects. The work envoronmemt is Heavy and Pressurized. There is alot of Gossiping and drama on the halls. The DON spacifically will cause conflict between employees referencing words said from the opposite party. Familys are often displeased with the care provided buy direct nursing staff and administration. Nursing staff such as CMAs and CNAs attack eachother constanly targeting eachother for various reasons and matters of persaonality differences and egos. CNAs judge eachother and are very critical and are very hypicritical. The DON is biased and unreasonable she feels entitled to say as she pleases. I do not recommemd putting a loved on here unless its extreme desperation. You will feel troubled dissatified and let down.It is a troubled work environment and no one knows how to address it or to talk about it so they just work and hope it changes. Ultimatly resulting in burn outs and no staff. I am very dissapointed in the way the Facility is ran operated the lack of professionals. Please consider carfully putting Family in this Facility and please exhaust every option before comming to work for them.
