    Love certain aspects. Some of the nurses, assistants, etc. are great; however, we were lead to believe that the patient to caregiver ratio was much better, so have been let down greatly in that area. Also, the facility is not as clean as we had hoped. Floors tend to be sticky and surfaces tend to seem not to have been cleaned more often than not. That being said, the facilities are supposed to be moved to a brand-new facility very soon, which will hopefully resolve several issues. Because I have a parent there, i am hoping for tremendous improvements in several areas...

    The staff is nice. The place could use some work inside. But my mom is now out and shes telling me horror stories. She had a hole in her catheter bag, so it leaked all over the floor during the night. They didnt do anything to clean it up. It eventually dried up. Thats unsanitary. Theres mold in the showers. They cant seem to find her records for home health care, now that shes home. No instructions for her continued meds, had to take her back to the hospital because of it. Im looking out for everyones loved ones. So please dont take your elderly family here. Not a competent place.
