    I would've given zero stars but it didn't allow me the option.. this place is horrible! It reeks of urine & mildew the moment you walk in. My grandpa & grandmother were both abused & neglected while there. My grandpa's foot was badly infected, he also came down with pneumonia that was left untreated & died 2 months later & my grandmother somehow got a "broken arm" but no one had any explanations.. I was recently in there & a lady was yelling for help needing to use the restroom & also needing something to drink. The nurses were too busy talking & playing on their phones to help her. This is the LAST place I would recommend putting one of my loved ones in. This place is pure HELL!
