    My mom was here for 7 days and the Manager of the Physical therapy dept. Used a transfer belt on my mom and bruised her on both sides of her hips. I am very disappointed in the staff, cause they need to communicate better between each other, cause this could of been prevented! Get more training. My mom is still bruised.

    I can't tell anyone enough how amazingly pleased I am with this facility. The staff is helpful and so nice. The facility is clean and the rooms are big. I would recommend the skilled nursing side to anyone including family needing rehabilitation. Not only do they make sure the resident is comfortable but the visiting family as well. ??????

    A friend stayed in this centre for a little bit of time, and when visiting him, the facility seemed nice, we didn't talk to many nurses, or anyone, but the facility seemed nice.

    I can't say enough good things about Forest Grove Rehab.My father was a patient there and they took such good care of him. I own and run an Adult Foster Home in Forest Grove and I have had several of my residents stay at their facility the quality of care is excellent it is very clean and the staff is very friendly and on the ball when one of my residents need Rehab and I am asked where they should go I say without hesitation Forest Grove Rehab!! I feel that we are so blessed to have such a great place for people to go to in our community Thank you Forest Grove Rehab for providing Forest Grove a great place to take care of our loved ones. It's so nice not to have to worry about what kind of care there going to be getting because it's always great care.

    My mother had the best experience at Forest Grove Rehab and Care Center. She made amazing progress by working hard with her therapists. It was hard to believe that she could improve so much from the time she was admitted. The nurses there were very compassionate and the staff were all so nice. I would recommend Forest Grove to everyone I know. We are so lucky to have them in our community
