    Needed to transfer father from Chehalem to care facility closer to home and family. They couldn't get the paperwork completed so receiving facility could get insurance to accept transfer (two times). Ended up discharging a 90 year old to a facility that couldn't accept him or the family would have to pick up all the expenses. Patient ended up having no place to go but home with a gaping open wound to be cared for by a 95 year old wife. Had high praise for the Physical Therapy department. Would say more but have to arrange time off everything to go live with my dad and take care of him.

    Nothing is taken care of properly and the entire building smells like urine, what a disgusting joke of a care facility. Take your family away from here immediately.
