    The staff cares period. Sometimes the forget to follow-up but they check on my Dad every day. My Dad loves his nurse assistant. I do not concur with other reviewers because they are angry/sad - old people fall out bed sometimes. I visit my Dad daily and personally observe the staff administering good care giving.

    Every member of the staff took excellent care of Mom and kept her comfortable in her final days. She was given constant care and especially the nursing staff and aids treated her as family. I appreciate all that was done! Thank you!

    HORRIBLE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!!! My mother was sent here for "Rehab" following colon cancer surgery. When she first arrived she was left alone for over 24hrs after her nurse initially introduced herself. She was not given food or anything to drink, they did not attend to her medically or help her to change the bag she now has. It was not until my son called her that she told anyone what was happening, he called management and complained and then they helped her. In addition to not being cared for she was abused, she was struck on several occasions for being a "trouble maker" she is FAR from a troublemaker at 72. If I had not taken her out of there I fear the worst might have happened. Just like others have noted, the food is horrible they shouldnt even feed that stuff to a dog!! The staff does not care and get very angry if you complain. PLEASE DO NOT send your loved ones here, do yourself a favor and find a place that will truly care for your loved one.

    My mother was there for a few months. Family was with her everyday. Could not leave her alone. She fell out of bed multiple times. Her room smelled terrible. Food was awful. Staff would leave her in a wheelchair near front desk without a blanket for hours. Do NOT send your loved one here. My mother died there. I received a call early in the morning and they said "your mother has expired." That is how I found out she passed away.
