    The nurses on maternity floor were great until today October 4 2017. These nurses are rude and incompetent. Been waiting 5 hours for discharge papers. Brought wrong ladies papers to us. Now waiting another hour. Nobody has checked on us. When we ask anything we get attitude!!!! Horrible nurses today! Compete incompetent! Will not let this Go! Will be calling to complain also!

    Amazing care! Everyone was so attentive, starting with the registration person. She was efficient and paid attention to detail. She had a wheel chair for us immediately. Nurses were top notch. They put us at ease and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and what we should expect from procedures performed. They are professional , caring and attentive. They add a little laughter to help calm your nerves. The cafeteria workers went over and above. The worker noticed I was looking for a different soup than what they were serving. She went back into the kitchen to see if they had something different and came back with a hot bowl of soup (exactly the soup my family member wanted) Everyone put us at ease during a stressful time. Thank you to all at Butler Memorial Hospital

    ICU and step down AMAZING! This hospital is impressive. Not only is the staff knowledgeable and kind the rooms are clean and roomy. I felt my father had the best of both large university hospital experience and small community hospital care.

    I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences at Butler Memorial Hospital. The ER team were extremely fast and caring, and solved my problem almost immediately. I had to stay on the maternity floor after my procedure (this was the 4th time there, 2 children, 2 surgeries) , and I had the absolute best care every single time. The nurses are such hard workers and still manage to be friendly and happy!!! I'm so happy to have a hospital like this close to me:)
