    Zero stars!!! Nothing but another UPMC money maker. Aides are great people who bust their butts. Nurses were terrible. Sit at a desk and hand out meds. How do you allow a patient in a 24hr span to lay there build up 30 pound of fluids, not able to tell you what day or year it is, not able to hold anything, have a BP of 78 over 46 and not do a damn thing until family showed up to call 911. This after you were told numerous times by a aide that something is seriously wrong.

    Mom went I on friday evening and the nurses are AMAZING , the one nurse while talking to her held her face softly intimately. It was just an amazing thing to see .. She was there Saturday evening . The facility is clean it doesn't smell. Your pets are allowed to visit with proper shot records. I'm very pleased.

    Do NOT send your loved one here. Worst facility EVER. Understaffed and negligent. Had to demand my Father be sent to the hospital because of the poor medical treatment where he died shortly thereafter.
