    My father is currently at this facility and I couldn't be more pleased. He has been in three different areas with all different nursing staff and they have all been wonderful. My family has also experienced some of the larger facilities in the area and have to say we are most happy with Hanover Hall!!

    I had a total knee replacement and was sent to Hanover Hall for rehab. I have been here 3 days and am so upset and done with this place. I can say that most of the staff and nursing people are nice not all some are just rude and really have an opinion that they are better than anyone else here. The day I got here I was very embarrassed and humiliated by the basic strip search that was done to make sure I had no supposed wounds. Then meals here are a joke I have not gotten what I wanted or ordered in three days, and wasn't even given the meal order form and they know it and their response is They will make sure I get something to eat... Well at least I will get enough to keep me alive... Probably nothing I will like or on time again. This place is dirty and smells dirty I have not had my bed made or even tidied up since I have been here. The garbage has been collected but the room has not been cleaned at all.. Not even swept. And as a resident here I hear constant complaining about the other residents.Meds you wait forever for meds and even longer to go to the bathroom if you can't go by yourself... I personally had to wait for over 30 minutes before I got cleared to go by myself. This is not a place I would ever want to come again or ever put anyone in my family in.

    Hanover hall is a great place to stay. The rehab dept is fantastic. All the lpns and cnas are so friendly. Of course its like any nursing homd and smells like a nursing home but my dads room was always so cleans and the housekeeper was always so friendly. Highly reccomended for your family. My dad always loved the food there. If he didn't he made sure to tell them and they promptly took care of it. He didn't go to many activities but did love the wii bowling!!
