    The weekends were understaffed. My mothers personal information was compromised as someone there used her name and DOB along with the facility's address to fill out official papers related to voter registration after her death. The progress meetings that were to include Physical Therapists, Dietary manager and other depts. were a joke as the people who should have attended did not. Some sent reps that were not familiar with my moms situation or were nothing more than helpers. Several times I witnessed my mothers PT being nothing more than playing with clothes pins, sitting doing nothing or playing cards when it was her legs that needed attention. We caught them signing off on her showers when she was not even scheduled for that time or day. There were some decent and caring individuals who provided quality care but if you don't have somebody(family) watching out for your loved one and asking questions I say this; good luck.
