    My father was neglected and mistreated while he was in St. Mary's Manor in Lansdale, Pa. The CNA's were never around and when they were available, they weren't respectful or kind to my father. He would wait for an average of 30 to 45 mins for someone to help him to the bathroom and because of this my father now struggles with incontinence. Physical Therapy was mediocreat at best. My father spent all day in his wheelchair and never regained his ability to walk. He actually fell while there and we were not notified by the staff or administrators. We probably would've never known had it not been for his roommate who reported the fall to my family. The harsh treatment, lack of care, disrespect and overall disregard for my fathers health and wellbeing was deplorable and heartless. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility.

    I was very nervous coming to a skilled nursing facility, never having been to one, but all fears went away the second I got there. From the nursing care, to the therapy sessions, to house keeping and meals, everything at St. Mary's was a pleasurable experience. I would recommend this facility to anyone I talked to and would return if necessary at anytime.
