    Under new ownership! This facility is very clean with private rooms and private baths! Physical Therapy is exceptional, and nursing staff is compassionate and quick to assist.

    My mother was placed here to die. The director tried to keep me away from saying my goodbyes to my mother. He even raised his voice at me upsetting my mother. So unprofessional.The facility smelled of urine and was dirty. I would reconsider and check elsewhere before putting a loved one here.

    If I could give this a negative star I would. Physical therapy was great. The nursing staff however did nothing to help improve his medical health and were grossly negligent which lead to catastrophic results and several hospitalizations. The food was mediocre and lacked nutrition. He was left unattended and they didn't realize he had asphyxiated on his food for four days which caused his demise. If it weren't for this nursing facility my grandfather would have lived upwards of four or more years. We are now in the hospital waiting for him to die, he is unresponsive and has been in a coma for four days. The doctors have stopped all treatments to prolong his life and there is nothing else we can do except keep him comfortable. This nursing facility is to blame. He went in for minor physical therapy so he could walk again and came out practically dead. Further actions against this facility will be taken so other families do not have to go through this.

    My mother was recently admitted here. Despite what the former (disgruntled?) employee stated, the home is pleasant and without odors, the staff is very kind, and the food is passable. In a recent federal inspection, the home scored 5 out of 5.
