    I am a transportation driver! I come here quite often. And as everyone knows August has been a hot month (the month of the heat waves) ... So I then decided to ask for a cup of Ice, after I was giving the run around only to be rejected from getting a small glass .. Noe I could have stood and waited, but because supposedly they where a little to busy doing nothing... The thing the that drove me off the edge was the nurse smiled in ignorance and said yes that's definitely going to wait.... So yes today I decided to go on to report this place and this wasn't even the biggest problem. So you can only imagine what I see daily coming here... Pure ignorance.... I dislike this place very very much...

    A friend of mine was admitted to CV Rehab and Nursing Center. They had a lovely facility and friendly staff that tended to her needs in her clean, well staffed suite-style room. She remarked to me that she "will be 10 lbs. heavier when I leaves because the meals are so full." She's receiving therapy and is well cared for close to her home. I didn't hear any swearing or disrespect from anyone and when I asked for help, they were very accommodating.

    If you need extra attention this place is not prepared to give that kind of help. You can tell they are put out. Do not recommend this place. They will do the basics but that is it. Physical Therapy department is the best. This place needs to make some improvements and changes. It is possible to make it better but they need to listen to the patients needs and make appropriate changes or it will continue to stay mediocre and even go downhill. As a Manager walking around with their notepad, it is a good thing. But, do they address the things they make note of?

    They have hired the worst group of staff. The women staff constantly curse and are some of the most rude people I have encountered in my life. If you really love or care about someone DO NOT SEND THEM HERE.
