    Canister oxygen ran out and don't know how long she didn't have her oxygen and then another day the chair wheel was on her oxygen tube steady decline since arrival

    Its horrible they lie treat the patients horribly and they will let your loved one die also dont call 911 for the police there cause one of the security guards knows one of the officers which will come and be on their side from the 7th police district name officer gregor and they are very racist plz dont send your loved ones there

    This place is horrible they choose who gets the best care and others well the heck with them, My father is there and I use too work at Deer Medows also and I seen and heard things that people would not believe and truste you all I have to say is that you do not want to place your love one here.... I'm here with my father day after day cause of all the craziness that goes on in here they can't keep a good staff they use agency CNA theplace is under staffed to begin with call bells go un answer but yet the CNA puts in the computer that she did all this work knowing damn well she didn't her they have to do this daily report for every patient howuch time they spent with them if the changed their diaper or washed them whatever the case may be and they lie about a lot of things... But any ways bottom line is this place is horrible due to that my dad is in his final stage does not make any sense to move him I'm there with him everyday anyways and so is my daughter she works here also so is good to have extra sets of eyes. But don't put your love ones es here is you love and value them.
