    The immaculate mary rehabilitation center has the worst CNA and some of the nurse are lazy don't do anything the CNA Louis is the worst CNA I have ever saw she should not work there

    My father was transferred here for the physical rehabilitation after finding out he had cancer and broken spine. he can not walk and is considered a fall risk. the caretakers are careless, put it that way. One in which got his urine all over his toilet before clogging it or I'm not even sure, but then told him a pipe broke and he couldnt use his own bathroom. Taking him and knocking on doors at 3am to use other patients bathrooms before taking him down the hall to a bathroom where he got stuck and was left unattended. Asking for anything is nearly impossible, with the usual I'll be right back and never to be seen or just oking the family. No one smiles or asks how you are doing, just doesn't feel like a friendly environment.

    Dirty, understaffed, Uncaring and rude staff. Don't send anyone you love to this place. I contracted "pink eye" just from visiting this dump.

    They suck they let my brother dehydrate and they did not take very good care of him and some of they nurses were good but others suck don't know what they are doing....the rehab was very good ...
