    I cannot thank St.Ignatius staff on the 3rd floor with Ms. Beverly Hill for providing grandma with the best nursing care that I could imagine. In spite of all the tough time that grandma gave you as a patient, you never lost your cool and went about your duty with such loving care. I appreciate all that St. Ignatius have done for my grandma. You are making a difference everyday.

    High turn over with the CNA's. The head nurse is a cuckoo. Had many of talks with this nut. Thats one of the big reasons why I got to move my Mother. Too many foreign nurses you can't understand them especially when they leave messages on the phone. Some of the nursing staff have sticky fingers. They have stolen clothes, the comforter off her bed and money. This was a nice place at first then slowly I've seen the changes in attitudes as well as the staff. My Mother always had bed sores because they're are not cleaning her properly and turning her. She sits in the wheel chair all day. They give her rehab whenever. I'm just very very disappointed in St. Ignatius. You could be so much better!!

    Don't care about residents , head nurse on 4th floor is childish and petty they want everyone up by 10 which is impossible . The whole building needs to close down need lots of repairs

    This is NOT a very good place to place your elderly family they are very unprofessional they curse around the residents they have attitudes and they are neglectful my great aunt had untreated bedsores. PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE. She is currently in the hospital because she has become very ill. And had to be rushed because her heart stopped please do not trust these people they are horrible there are some who so their job other than that they are not good people

    I worked there for two weeks and I cried because this place have no companions towards the resident. All they was worried about was the Accu-Nurse equipment.
