    Providence Point has a staff that is committed to the residents they serve. The staff work with the residents to provide individualized care to allow residents to eat when they want, get up when they want, bathe when they want and even choose their own therapy time. This makes the residents feel more like they are at home rather than in a nursing facility.

    I'm my humble opinion, It's beautiful but the care the of nursing and aide staff in rehab is woefully understaffed, unhappy and inadequate. A few are great, but others are subpar. Based on their level of expertise, it feels like some of the aides just came from working at a fast food place. They carry on in frustration about certain ones openly. They will leave your elderly loved one alone on the toilet. The rehabilitation center is good. Too bad you can't get help outside of them, especially on the weekends. Skip this place and go somewhere else for your loved ones rehab.
