    Been here 2 yrs always short staffed , food is garbage , Doctors in pearlstines devision is very very bad , uncaring you never see them complaints remain ignored for months you have to remind staffing and they "forget" to document all the time things you tell them , cold water , showers , new company bought out place last month and everyone is quitting they do not clean maybe your room once every 2 weeks they loose your clothing , stealing your personal property , it's really bad with residents who know no better yelling 24 / 7 help help ect ..very loud they need a dementia ward but don't have I could go on and on . You think about where you want your loved ones please think twice !!!
