    This has to be one of the worst nursing homes in Uniontown, or even SW PA. They have lost my Aunt's hearing aids multiple times, and it isno wonder because the aides never put them in. Her teeth are never brushed and her hair is done by a beautician once a week and the very next day they wash her hair. I don't know if they hire people with zero common sense or they are just ignorant and neglectful of elders. It took awhile to place my Aunt anywhere and when we found this place they seemed to have their stuff together but now a year later it continues and she will be moved ASAP. She has beautiful clothes that my mother buys for her and they have her dressed in pajamas everyday. I was horrified Easter day when we visited and she had on what looked like dirty long johns instead of being properly dressed for Easter. She is high fall risk and has medical issues which keeps her from being cared for at home. My mother tried as long as possible to keep her out of a nursing home. I am just sick at how they treat people.
