    If you are looking for a SNF, this place is it, I actually sent my daughter to tour some places prior to placing my husband. She did a great job selecting SENECA PLACE. The staff are wonderful, (understaffed yes as all SNF but no complaints ever) They were cheerful, happy staff, not one person we dealt with was miserable or unhappy. The moment my husband arrived from the hospital he responded positively because of the positive people around him. They really work to improve patient and get them home , keeping safety in mind at all time. I highly recommend if you need a SNF or Rehab center. Side note food was very good and no nursing home smell , clean and brightly lite areas. I can't say enough about the staff , from the RNs to Housekeeping, to Patient Care Techs to Therapy staff, genuinely caring people.

    Seneca Place is very clean. It does not have the horrible nursing home smell. They have lots of activities for residents. The issue is the staff. The down fall to the facility it is chronically under staffed. The staff is overworked so they don't have time to actively care for the residents or give quality care. They are so busy the make you feel like a number. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO SENECA PLACE.

    Horrible place to take your family. If you love them, don't bring them here. Mark the administrator is a penny pincher. He doesnt care that your family can't sleep at 5 am because of construction workers banging and hammering. Instead of all money spent on the new modeling that looks bad anyway, how about using those funds on more staffing and better equipment? A horrible place. AVOID!
