    Run! do not put anyone you love here.....most un-compassionate place. They raise rent yearly - at the point, as of last raise, that my father has $1.00 @ week to live off of . Called office and they "believe" it is feasible to live off $1.00 @ week - told them to try it and let me know how it goes. He is still drives and is very active. It makes us (the family) feel as if they want to put these people in a state of depression so they die and can get their 50% of $100K deposit and then make the next sucker pay higher than the one they just killed off. Besides that, anything the sales office tells you to get you hooked is about 75% lies. Remember these are SALES people - no different then a car salesperson - ! ANYTHING THAT SOUND GOOD GET IN WRITING!!! After 5-years we are still waiting for repairs on his home! All 'promised' to be done before move in date 5-years ago! Horrible to deal with - no compassion! Run!
