    Somebody needs to clean up this place!! Compass was the worst 4 days of my Mother's entire life! She is 91 years old. Honestly, I feel as if I let my Mother down by sending her to Compass, she suffered! Here is just a little about her experience: My Mother recently suffered a stroke & needed Physical Therapy & Speech Therapy before returning to Assisted Living. Not knowing much about what to expect in nursing facilities & what my best choice should be, I could only hope that Mother would receive good care & do well in her therapy. On day number two I noticed Mother was still in her clothes that she came from the hospital in & that she slept in them. She was dirty! Her hair not combed, teeth not brushed & lying in a soaking wet bed!! Who knows how long!!! My Mother was unable to talk clearly due to the stroke. She wasn't at all able to feed herself either due to her hand being constrained. Mother was ordered a pureed diet by her Doctor, but twice she was given fried fish and meatloaf. This was the final straw, I took her out of there & she was admitted to Loris Rehab!

    Ed Huff asked to return to Compass Rehab after a stay at Conway Medical Center because he said they treated him well. His rehab may have been interrupted but he is confident it will continue to help him return to a more active lifestyle.

    The worst place ever!! I toured this facility & immediately was hit in the face with the worst smell, it was absolutely unbearable! The facility has carpeting throughout the building and that includes the patient rooms. Imagine the bacteria & infections growing in that! Just asking for infections! The patients looked dirty and unhappy! Nope, not a place for my Mom!

    Compass Post Acute Rehab is a five star rehab facility. Excellent and caring staff. The Rehab staff will work very hard with you to get better and return home as quickly as possible. If you need Rehab then this is the best place you could choose.

    I do not recommend this facility to anyone, my husband was there and no one return calls and they was not helpful at all.
