    This is not the typical nursing home, it's more than that. The staff here makes the residents feel like this is their home. They provide personalized patient care and physical therapy. The residents have a wide array of activities to do during their stay. The dietary department prepares 3 delicious meals a day but anyone can eat when they like. Overall the atmosphere is great and you get a warm homelike feeling while you're there.

    My grandmother came to this nursing home for rehab after breaking her hip. During her time at this facility, my family was very impressed with the staff and how they treated my grandmother and with the condition of the facility and how clean and comfortable it was kept. My grandmother also loved it there. She said "they were very good to her" and she made several friends. Her care was handled with professionalism and no part of her wellbeing was neglected. If she is ever in need of a permanent residence or more rehab, this facility will be our top choice.

    We recently we had a family member that had a stroke. The Dr at the hospital basically said she would not recover. The staff at Hermitage wanted to try and see what could be done before they said the same. Well I'm a matter of a week she has taken a 360 turn around. Thanks to the staff she has made a huge improvement and is talking and eating once again. The staff there have done a great job for her. Couldn't ask for anything else from them.
