    They were constantly changing nursing staff. If you asked to have something done it wasn't done because the new person on duty didn't get the request. You could visit and never get anyone to follow thorough of your care requested for your loved one. The doctor never saw or evaluated him. Finally they just sent my brother to Lake Side without my permission or knowledge. They are unprofessional and didn't like it if you asked questions or requested to have a doctor see why he was consonantly using the bathroom. I asked to have his prostate checked and no doctor !They lost his clothes. I reported things to the administration who apologized but things did not change. If your love one required extra care they do not want them. The nursing staff especially the Social Workers are AWFUL! They will find a way to dismiss him. I was SO DISAPPOINTED!.
